IMaestri Group

As Client Partner and Art Advisor to IMaestri Group, Juliet Rees Davies brings independent art expertise to exceptional residential, architectural and superyacht projects.

Working alongside clients, architects, interior designers and the wider IMaestri project team, Juliet provides a highly personal approach to the sourcing, selection and integration of contemporary art within each project.

The process can begin at the earliest stages of a project, considering how art will interact with the architecture, interiors, materials, lighting and scale of a space, or through the development and evolution of an existing collection.

Drawing on more than two decades of experience within the international contemporary art world, Rees Davies Art Advisory identifies established and emerging artists, sources works through galleries, studios and her international network, and develops considered curatorial proposals tailored to the client, the environment and the wider creative vision.

Services can include:

  • Private client consultation – understanding the client's existing collection, interests, aesthetic and ambitions.

  • Art sourcing & acquisition – identifying paintings, photography, sculpture and site-specific works through an international network of artists, galleries and art-world contacts.

  • Curatorial direction – creating a coherent dialogue between individual artworks, collections, architecture and interior design.

  • Bespoke commissions – identifying artists and facilitating commissions created specifically for a particular space or project.

  • Collaboration with architects & designers – considering art alongside scale, materials, sightlines, lighting, placement and the overall spatial experience.

  • Collection development – helping clients build or refine meaningful contemporary art collections over time.

  • Project coordination – liaising with galleries, artists and the wider project team from initial selection through to final placement and installation.

  • Ongoing advisory – providing a trusted, discreet relationship for future acquisitions, art fairs, studio visits and the continued development of the client's collection.

The approach is independent, international and highly personal. Rather than treating art as a final decorative layer, the aim is to introduce it thoughtfully into the creative process—allowing art, architecture and design to become part of one considered visual language.
